Description of Services

The American Red Cross Central Appalachia Region is available to provide assistance to help people who have experiences a disaster or other emergency. Services are designed for individuals and families affected by fires, floods or other natural or man-made disasters.

This program provides:
- Disaster response

Specific services include:
- Help finding housing and/or temporary shelter
- Emergency food and/or help paying for food
- Help navigating additional resources and programs

Direct financial assistance may be available to military families.
