Community Action Agency of Columbiana County

YHDP is a program that serves homeless youth ages 18-24 by providing case management and transitional housing for those in need. The transitional housing offers the youth a 30-day stay in an independent style living situation that can potentially be renewed on a month-to-month basis. The program will see the youth through learning the skills needed to find and maintain stable and affordable housing and can provide the funding needed for first month's rent and security deposit of the youth's new home.
