Clinical services are available for adults, adolescents and children who are in need of counseling because of their substance use, mental health or co-occurring needs.
We provide comprehensive treatment to the residents of Jefferson and Columbiana counties and surrounding areas. Office locations in Steubenville, OH as well as Salem, OH.
We recognize that in treating addiction, mental health and co-occurring disorders, we're doing much more than treating a diagnosis - we are treating people, each with their unique needs, backgrounds and belief systems.
Each client at Lighthouse Counseling and Mediation Services coordinates closely with their treatment team to develop a recovery that will work for them and will support long-term recovery.
Our intention is that clients develop a sober support system that represents a philosophy and structure that makes sense to them. Therefore, we encourage clients to attend church and 12-step meetings.

Lighthouse Counseling and Mediation Services strives to provide an effective treatment program for individuals who have mental health concerns and/or are addicted to drugs and alcohol. Lighthouse also offers counseling to children and adolescents. Our kids program is for children ages 5-15 and we strive to help children learn socials skills, emotional regulation, how to respect authority and how to respond to bullying in a fun, exciting and positive environment.
