SouthernCare Hospice

We provide care at home or in a facility to patients and their families that is covered by Medicare, Medicaid and most other insurances. We provide an option to treat at home when able, instead of making inconvenient trips to the ER, the doctor's office or experiencing lengthy hospital stays. Our goal is for our patients to have the highest quality life possible and keep them in their home, as long as they wish, for as long as we can.
